GENERAL TERMS:
▪All communication regarding commissions must be done in Evok's networks, not individual artists' networks.
▪We do not offer any type of sketches or artwork without at least one payment upfront
▪All commissions can be published in Evok Studios' Portfolio or networks
▪We reserve the right to deny any request that is deemed sensitive or inappropriate
▪All commissions are created by a group of artists, not only one, so the style and colouring might differ a bit from piece to piece.
▪It's imperative to our clients to be civil and respectful with all the staff in our studio. Disrespectful behaviours will not be tolerated and will automatically result in the cancellation of the project and blacklisting.
▪We do not draw by any means: paedophilia, rape, politics, anything related to racism, sexism, violence.
▪Regular commissions are for personal usage only, for commercial purposes please click here
▪We only offer digital products/services and they do not require physical shipping/tracking numbers.
▪We do not offer PSD files or rigging editables (cmo3) with regular commissions
PRICES:
▪The prices may vary depending on the character's complexity or extra details
▪Starting prices do not include: Background, NSFW, Custom, extra elements (armours, guns, etc.)
▪If you do not have clear visual references or you need a design to be drawn for the first time, modified or fixed, automatically we will apply custom charges
▪All commissions may be erased from our servers 1-2 months after delivery.

PAYMENT:
▪All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollar)
▪Base prices do not include taxes
▪We only accept PayPal as the payment method and we'll request your email address to send an invoice from Evok Studios
▪Taxes will be applied to your commission automatically, so you'll see that amount reflected on your invoice (7%)
▪All invoices must be paid within 48 hours or your commission will be cancelled.
▪Payments plans are only available for commissions over $200
PROCESS AND DELIVERY:
▪You will be notified when we start working on your commission
▪Our regular TAT is around 3 weeks (21-28 business days) once the 1st sketch has been approved, however, it can take up to 3 months depending on the commission complexity (e.g Vtuber models)
▪Elaboration time may vary due to the client's response time or number of adjustments
▪TAT starts once the sketch has been approved by the client
▪You can receive your final commission on stash, discord, google drive, or by email.
▪Once your commission was approved and delivered, we will not make further changes or adjustments for free (e.g If a commission was delivered 2-3 weeks ago, we will not make further adjustments.)

REVISIONS:
▪ Initial sketches might take a few days to be sent (from 1 up to 7 business days)
▪You can request WIPs throughout the whole process to check poses, colours, etc.
▪Our studio offers max 2 adjustments on the sketch for free. In other words, the client can make 2 specific adjustments on the sketch stage, this does not mean not 2 times to make several adjustments or re-do the sketch 2 times.
▪If you wish to add or change something that you have previously approved, a fee will be added accordingly
▪Free Revisions for previous stages can not occur once you have confirmed that stage.
▪A fee will be added if you need something to be changed on the final piece, unless, there was a misunderstanding from our side.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
▪Refunds will be made within the sketch stage only.
▪The maximum amount to be refunded is 50% once we started working on your commission (sketch)
▪NO refunds after delivery
▪If the order is cancelled before we start working, you’ll receive a full refund
▪We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time, a refund will be made in such circumstances.

CUSTOM COMMISSION FEECustom commission fee: +60% of the base price (extra items or complexity not included)
If there are no clear visual references for the commission or you need us to create or modify a current design, it's considered a custom commission.
The custom fee covers all the sketches or adjustments to create a design from scratch.PRIVATE COMMISSION FEEPrivate commission fee: +40% of the total commission
If you do not desire your commission to be published in our networks, a private commission fee must be paid.NSFW COMMISSION FEEExplicit content fee: +50% of the base priceRUSH FEE
The rush fee varies according to the number of commissions our studio has, kindly ask a manager for the right % at the timeANIMATION FEE

Our base prices do not include complex designs such as armours, machinery, weapons, detailed jewellery, wings/tails or complex outfits. Complexity fee will be set according to the client's references.

All our commissions include simple backgrounds for free, we consider simple BGs to be light effects, gradients, simple patterns. example
Detailed BGs (starting price of $350+) are hand-drawn for example Why am I not receiving WIPs on the weekends?You may request an update on the weekends, and a manager will reply to you as soon as possible. However, our artists have weekends off, so 1st sketches and updates are only worked on during business days (M-F).
